Dental Staff

Dr. Paulo J. DaRosa, D.D.S. was born in Pawtucket, RI and moved to the island of Faial, Portugal in 1984, where he completed his high school studies. He later returned to the USA to further his education, earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1996 followed by a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2000 from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. He then returned to Rhode Island, where he opened up his practice in 2002 and has been serving the community in Cumberland ever since.

His passion and dedication to his profession are most noticeable in the attention to detail in his work. He is most passionate about cosmetic procedures and helping patients smile with pride.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, Rhode Island Dental Association, and the Greater Woonsocket Dental Society.

Noelia was born in Pawtucket R.I. and moved to Faial in 1984, where she completed her high school studies. She worked in accounting for 22 years. She moved back to the USA in July of 2015 to join Dr. DaRosa’s team. When she is not at work she enjoys being with family and friends, watching a good movie and reading a good book.

After 5 years of investing her time in the dental field as an assistant, Kayla knew right away dentistry is her love and passion. She decided to pursue the dental career one step further. With dedication and commitment for her patients, she graduated from Bristol Community College with a Dental Hygiene degree in 2018 and she is licensed in local anesthesia in MA & RI. Fully equipped with ample knowledge and skills from dental assisting, Kayla truly shines as a hygienist. She has great interest in getting to know each and every one of her patients and helping them achieve optimal dental health, and she’s fluent in Portuguese. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, and her dog Ozzy. She will soon be welcoming her first child!
